“ $8 - half mutton biryani $7.5 - half chicken biryani $8 - onion pakoda $11 - chicken curry dosai The portions here are big and the food was really good. Biryani flavour here is not like other places, it's got a lot of spices and is very moist. The chicken curry dosai came with different sauces and all of them were very fragrant. They have a 10% discount Monday to Thursday too. Had to take the onion pakora to go in the end. Will definitely revisit to try the other dishes. ”
“ Fantastic food and amazing service! Food as usual was very very nice and flavourful. It almost felt like having food in Tamilnadu. Note that the Biriyanis are a bit spicy and may not be suitable for kids. However the taste and flavour were spot on! The people working there deserve a special mention. They were all very kind , humble and polite. We were served by different people for every additional order we placed and all of them were very polite and respectful which is remarkable!! Keep up the good work! ”
“ This restaurant has a famous reputation in Tamil Nadu so my husband and I decided to try it out. We ordered the - Special mutton biryani - Chicken pallipalayam - Mutton Kolaurundai Overall the food was not bad at all. The biryani was flavourful and had good pieces of tender and well seasoned mutton in it. The chicken was delicious but was a bit too chili-spicy for me. The kolaurundai was really very tasty but the meat was minced so fine that there was very little or almost no texture. The service however needs improvement. They are really run like a typical Indian restaurant with very little coordination between the kitchen and floor and between the supervisor (male, loud, clueless) and the staff (female, soft spoken, clueless). They have a good product but service needs to be upped or they will lose their clientele. ps - Don't just depend on the tour groups. In times of crises, they will be the first to disappear. ”
“ @Singapore Excellent mutton biryani and mutton Shorba. The service was fast and efficient. Fruit juice was a good size much more than most other restaurant’s or café’s. The owner is present personality to ensure good service and is very approachable. A MUST TRY — good taste, sumptuous, & value for money - as the helping is of very decent quantity. I have been to some to the franchises in Chennai- India as well. ”
